Video to DVD Conversion |
Digital Versatile Disc was a format many of us filmmakers got very excited about when it first was rumoured. Our Director was amongst the first adopters in New Zealand to evolve into DVD (Purchased from the USA naturally). Some video stores used to tell him 'it will never take off.' He disagreed and saw it as a whole new interactive perspective for a digital future. |

The benefits of having your old VHS video tapes converted into DVD is not just about convenience and versatility. DVD discs last longer and they do not wear down like VHS tape. Not to mention the picture and sound keep their quality unlike VHS, which wears down each time you use it. Prolonging the life of your videos into a digital format is piece of mind for preserving your precious memories. VHS is also prone to mould fungi and snagging which causes permanent damage to the tape. Because of this it only makes sense to have your videos preserved before it's too late.
The future is evolving into a brighter and more detailed world with resolutions higher than that perceived by the naked eye. The technology for now and for the future is clear. Digital is the format of choice. |
