Libbee's Letter

Brendan and Libbee's Wedding day was planned on the day the worst storm was predicted in Auckland. As the morning was showering it seemed inevitable to change plans as the reception was outdoors. However as they walked out the doors of the church the rain had completely stopped, as if just for them. Receiving letters that give details into some of our efforts, has helped us know we are on the right track to true customer satisfaction.
